Prices in US dollars. A reel is one finished video; remaking a reel in another shape does not count twice. Plans can change while reels house is in early access, and you will always be told first.

What do I need to start?
A listing page link, or the photos and the facts. The address, price, beds, baths and square footage are enough; the description helps the script.
How long does a reel take?
About five minutes with AI camera moves, about two with the slow glide. You can keep working while it renders, and the Videos page keeps itself up to date.
Does the voice say things that are not true?
No. The script follows a written guide: facts only, the address first, the price and the closing question last. It talks about the house and what stays with it, not the seller's furniture, and it keeps to Fair Housing language.
Can I change the script?
Yes. Every line is editable once the reel is done. Change a line and only the voice and that scene's camera move are made again.
Which voices are there?
Twelve narrators chosen for social video, each with a free preview. Pick by gender, age and feel.
Can I copy the style of a reel I like?
Paste its link under Study. The reel is read shot by shot, and you can save what it does as a style: the pace, the shot order, the camera moves and the writing. New reels can follow that style.
Who owns the reels?
You do. The photos you add and the reels you make belong to you and stay in your account. See the privacy policy for what is sent to the services that make the voice, music and camera moves.
Does it post to Instagram for me?
Not yet. You download the file and a ready-made caption and post it where you like.
